Barnes & Noble is expected to launch its new e-book reader at the company’s event on 20 October, but Gizmodo has some leaked pictures of the e-reader early. The device will have a black-and-white multitouch display, rather than the rumored color display. Barnes & Noble will be selling the digital versions of the books it publishes for a discount and the device will also be able to access books scanned by Google Books. The name of the e-reader has not been announced.
